We work in France and in Luxembourg. Part of a study can be carried out remotely from the data available, with a site visit when the building and the work require one.

Drawings, energy bills, existing studies and operating data can be sent from the first exchange onwards. They make it easier to define what the work has to cover.

A phone call or a video meeting makes it possible to pin down the context, the aims of the study and the data available, before its scope is set.

We can take a first look at an existing study, a technical proposal or a problem encountered on a building.

A fee proposal

Once the need is defined clearly enough, we set out a scope of work, the deliverables and a price suited to the project.
